About Talentdu
Professional education with leading institutions
Talentdu delivers professional education in partnership with leading institutions and international accreditation bodies, including the Lebanese American University Academy of Continuing Education, Google, Meta, Certiport, PMI and the CPD Group. Programs are taught by practitioners who work in their fields and keep their knowledge current. Instructors deliver live cohorts for individuals and corporate training for organisations, online and, on occasion, on campus in Beirut.
Engagement terms
Hourly compensation
Competitive rates, agreed in writing before the first cohort.
Online delivery
Live sessions in weekday evening and weekend slots, Beirut time.
On-campus sessions
Occasional in-person sessions at LAU in Beirut, depending on the program.
Learning platform support
Recordings, assignments and grading are handled by the platform.

Media Buying
Meta, Google and LinkedIn advertising: campaign structure, creative, measurement and optimisation. Aligned with the Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate curriculum.
AI
Generative AI foundations and AI tools for marketing and business: prompting, content creation, automation and no-code building.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship and small business: validation, planning, positioning, go-to-market and financial fundamentals.
Professional Communication
Business writing, presenting and persuasion for professional settings, in English and Arabic.
Project Management
Planning, execution and stakeholder management in line with the PMI Project Management Ready framework.
Design
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Express for marketing and visual design, aligned with Adobe Certified Professional.
Selection process
From application to appointment

Application
Submit the form below with your professional background, the track you are applying for and your availability.

Shortlist call
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 20-minute call with the academic team to discuss the track, the format and the schedule.

Teaching sample
Following the call, candidates submit a short recorded teaching sample (up to five minutes) and deliver one live trial session.
- 4
Onboarding
Successful candidates complete platform onboarding and receive their first cohort or corporate assignment.
