Where you will work

Two months at Talentdu, with the Talentdu team

Talentdu is a professional education company based in Beirut. It runs live digital marketing and AI programs certified by the LAU Academy of Continuing Education (LAU ACE), trains corporate teams, delivers consultancy and AI implementation projects for companies in Lebanon and the Gulf, and builds programs with universities and institutions.

Interns join the team that does this work every day. Depending on the track, that means the marketing and community work behind the brand, the operations that take a student from first contact to graduation, or the research behind new programs and corporate partnerships.

What to expect

The terms of the internship

Two months, about 15 hours a week, mostly remote. What every intern gets, whatever the track.

Real work on live projects

You are assigned to live campaigns, live clients and live student operations, with the team's budgets, tools and deadlines. Every deliverable is reviewed by your supervisor before it goes out.

A weekly session with the founder

One in-person session each week in Beirut with Omar Kandil, Founder and CEO: review of the week's work, how decisions are made, direct feedback. Planned for Friday mornings; the exact time is confirmed at acceptance. Attendance is mandatory.

A supervisor for your track

Each track is led by a member of the Talentdu team who assigns the work, reviews it and is your first point of contact throughout the two months.

An internship certificate and a LinkedIn recommendation

On completion you receive a Talentdu internship certificate and a personalized LinkedIn recommendation from the founder.

Each cohort admits five interns across three tracks. Applicants state a preference in the form; the track is confirmed at acceptance.

What you will do

  • Plan and publish Talentdu's content across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Produce short-form video and written content with the team
  • Set up, monitor and report on paid campaigns on Meta and Google with the team
  • Run the alumni and student community channels
  • Appear in brand content as part of the Talentdu story

Eligibility

Who can apply

The Accelerator is open to Talentdu graduates only. Applicants who meet all four criteria are invited to apply.

  • You graduated from a Talentdu program (PDMA or AIMP).

  • You have an active LinkedIn profile.

  • You were among the top performers in your cohort.

  • You are available around 15 hours per week for two months, including the weekly session in Beirut.

Fall, winter and spring. Each cohort runs for two months and closes to applications one week before it starts.

FAQ

Questions graduates ask

Is the Accelerator paid?

No, in either direction. The Talentdu Accelerator is an unpaid learning program: Talentdu pays no salary or stipend, and you pay no fees. What you take away is two months of real work experience, an internship certificate and a personalized LinkedIn recommendation.

Is it remote or in person?

Mostly remote, with one mandatory in-person session per week in Beirut, planned for Friday mornings. The exact time is confirmed when you are accepted.

How many spots are there?

Five per cohort: two in Brand & Community, two in Growth & Student Success and one in Strategy & Insights.

How competitive is selection?

Selection is competitive. We look at your performance in your Talentdu program and your application, and we may call you for a quick chat before deciding.

When do applications close?

One week before the cohort starts. Winter '27 applications close on 8 January 2027 and the cohort starts on 15 January 2027.

How long is a cohort?

Two months. There are three cohorts a year: Winter '27 from 15 January to 15 March 2027, Spring '27 from 15 April to 15 June 2027, and Fall '27 from 15 October to 15 December 2027.

Can I apply for a later cohort?

Yes. The application form lets you choose the cohort you are applying for.

What does the internship certificate say?

It states the track, the cohort dates and the work you completed, and it is issued by Talentdu on completion of the full two months. You may list the internship on LinkedIn and your CV.
