What it is

Two months inside a company that is actually growing

Real work on live campaigns

You work on campaigns for a company operating in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, with real budgets, real students and real deadlines.

Weekly in-person sessions with the founder

One session a week in Beirut with Omar Kandil: review the week's work, learn how decisions are made, and get direct feedback.

Certificate and a LinkedIn recommendation

On completion you receive a Talentdu Accelerator certificate and a personalized LinkedIn recommendation from the founder.

The three tracks

Pick the work you want to be known for

Each cohort has five spots across the three tracks. You state a preference in the form; we confirm the track at the interview.

Brand & Community

Social media, content creation, community management, and appearing in brand content.

What you will do

  • Plan and publish Talentdu's social content across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Produce short-form video and written content with the team
  • Run the alumni and student community channels
  • Appear in brand content as part of the Talentdu story

What you will learn

  • Content pillars, calendars and production workflows
  • Community management and moderation
  • On-camera and written brand voice
  • Reporting on reach, engagement and growth

Growth & Student Success

Sales operations, CRM, student support, and enrollment coordination.

What you will do

  • Follow up with applicants and answer questions on WhatsApp and email
  • Keep the CRM accurate from first contact to enrollment
  • Coordinate onboarding, schedules and student support during cohorts
  • Track the enrollment funnel week by week

What you will learn

  • CRM discipline and pipeline management
  • Consultative sales conversations
  • Customer success and retention
  • Funnel metrics and reporting

Strategy & Insights

B2B research, market analysis, instructor scouting, and competitive intelligence.

What you will do

  • Research companies and universities for corporate and partnership outreach
  • Analyze markets in Lebanon and the Gulf for new programs
  • Scout and pre-screen instructor candidates
  • Maintain the competitive intelligence file

What you will learn

  • Market sizing and desk research
  • Competitive analysis frameworks
  • Building B2B target lists and outreach briefs
  • Turning research into a recommendation

Eligibility

Who can apply

The Accelerator is open to Talentdu graduates only. If you tick all four, apply.

  • You graduated from a Talentdu program (PDMA or AIMP).

  • You have an active LinkedIn profile.

  • You were among the top performers in your cohort.

  • You are available around 15 hours per week for two months.

FAQ

Questions graduates ask

Is the Accelerator paid?

No. The Talentdu Accelerator is an unpaid learning program, not employment. You gain real experience, a certificate and a personalized LinkedIn recommendation.

Is it remote or in person?

Mostly remote, with one in-person session per week in Beirut.

How many spots are there?

Five per cohort, across the three tracks.

How competitive is selection?

Selection is competitive. We look at your performance in your Talentdu program, your application, and a short interview.

How long is a cohort?

Two months. Fall '26 runs from 15 October to 15 December 2026, Winter '27 from 15 January to 15 March 2027, and Spring '27 from 15 April to 15 June 2027.

Can I apply for a later cohort?

Yes. The application form lets you choose the cohort you are applying for.
